FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT

The main tasks of the department are:

Funding for advances and works performed on the basis of contractual terms for design organizations for design and estimate works on construction, reconstruction and complete repair of public roads; Funding for construction and installation works (other expenses) on advance and completed works in accordance with established agreements with contractors (other organizations) on objects included in investment and road works programs;

The Directorate carries out financial calculations based on the register of works performed on the works performed on the basis of construction and repair works carried out by the Directorate and, according to these calculations, prepares certificates of assignment for contracting organizations and forming; Preparation of Expenditure Estimates (Separate Shares) for Design, Construction, Reconstruction, Complete Repair and Other Expenses of Generalized Roads (Damaged Houses, Losses, etc.), and to the road fund.

 Agreements for design, construction, reconstruction, repair and other expenses (damage to homes, damages, etc.) of public roads for registration in the Treasury Department preparation of payment charts and provision to the Treasury Department of established tastes.

Based on the downloaded tasks, the department performs the following functions:

Carries out payments in accordance with the established address lists and contracts approved for construction, reconstruction, overhaul and other works of common used automobile roads;

Provides information on the formulation and consolidation of reports and funds financed by the relevant ministries in the prescribed manner on the basis of the "Construction and Reconstruction" section of the Directorate;

Prepares and submits to the management information on funds generated by design, construction, reconstruction, repair and other costs (damaged houses, damages, etc.) of public roads.
