The main functions of the department

Drawing schemes of the projects provided by the project enterprises for the projects being projected;

Road plan, transverse and longitudinal sections, road types, road bins and other drawings, and making relevant proposals.
Based on the approved address list and project estimates, the construction and erection works at the sites will be based on the schedule of work of the approved design and estimate documentation, which will reduce the volumes of work.

In the process of filling out this table, the technical oversight department and contractor's specialists shall participate, as well as on the basis of signed payment documents and execution documents provided by them. When necessary, information is obtained from other departments of the Directorate.
Participate in the process of calculating work volumes, residual value (inventory) and restructuring of construction and assembly works on the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of public roads.

According to the schedule of the cashless payments, the value of construction and erection works in the objects involved in the creation of the Act of Inventory (Actual Inventory) is reduced according to the approved design estimates.
The construction and erection works carried out by contracting companies on motor roads included in the Road work program shall be carried out by the Technical Inspection Department with a certificate, invoice, confirming the amount and value of performed work, Examine the compliance of the approved project with the estimate documentation.

During the construction and installation works, the approved project will make a proposal based on the basis of the documents provided by the Technical Inspection Department and other responsible departments, if there are any defects or changes in the estimate documentation.
Depending on the objectives of the department, the department performs other functions according to the current legislation.
