TECHNICAL SUPERVISION AND IMPLEMENTING ACTIVITY DEPARTMENT

The main tasks of the department are:

ensuring the timely execution of contractual works contracts for contractors and contractors based on the results of competitive bidding and contracted designated by the competent expert authority in accordance with established and approved production designs;

Provision of continuous technical monitoring during construction and reconstruction of objects of construction, reconstruction, repair and upgrade;

Acceptance of volume and volume of works performed on objects on a monthly basis through experts, attached to the regions, on the basis of invoices drawn up;

compliance with the uniformity of the dimensions and values set in the design and estimate documentation for the construction and erection works completed;

the correctness of the technological steps in the process of construction, reconstruction, repairs, technical supervision of the quality of works performed;

Ensure that contractors complete acceptance of fully completed facilities on the basis of the design and estimate documentation.

The main functions of the department are:

continuous monitoring of the quality of construction materials, constructions, quality and compatibility of products used, results of production and laboratory tests, compliance with state standard requirements (GOST), correct recording of works and record keeping;

construction sites and geodetic points in the established time, to contractors, and to establish and maintain regular geodetic control at the facility during construction;

Participation in the process of calculating and recalculation of work volumes, residual value of construction and assembly works on construction, reconstruction and overhaul of motor roads of general use;

participation in consideration of allegations of penalty (penalty) by the contractor, project search and other relevant organizations for failure to fulfill contractual obligations;

ensuring that the completed construction, reconstruction, repair works in accordance with the established norms and regulations and other normative acts are completed in accordance with established procedure;

Including:

submitting the necessary documents to the State and Recruitment Commission for the completed facilities together with the contracting organization and participating in the commissioning of the facilities in accordance with the established procedure; transfer of execution documents of objects accepted for use, acts of acceptance of the State and working commissions with all applications together with organizations and enterprises using contractor;

non-acceptable use of objects constructed without the solution of normative documents and approved design and estimate documentation requirements.
