AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACT TRADE DEPARMENT

The main tasks of the department are:

- Organization and conduction of tenders (tenders) for construction, reconstruction and overhaul of public roads;

- Preparation of reports on the results of the competitive biddings and their formal registration;

- Conclusion of contractual contracts with the winner of the tender (tender);

- Conclusion of contractual agreements with contractor organizations, defined by the Governmental Decrees and other documents on construction, reconstruction and complete repair of public roads;

- participation in formation of address lists for construction, reconstruction and overhaul of public roads;

- Participation in the process of calculating and recycling work volumes, residual value of construction and assembly works on construction, reconstruction and overhaul of public roads. Recycle documents.
