The tasks of the department are:
Carries out the improvement of the quality of work by means of organizational and technical support of the device of the Direction apparatus, introduction of information and communication technologies, coordination of executive discipline, connected with the program of electronic document management of the State Committee of automobile roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Working with documents, responsible for the newly recruited staff of the Direction, familiarization with the methodological manual on executive discipline matters and providing assistance, if necessary;
Formation of uniform system of office and executive discipline in the Directorate's offices;
It provides the organization of stationery and archive business of the Directorate, receives, registration, registration, distribution and dispatch of correspondence (including filing, complaints, etc.), correspondence letter - organizes and carries out reception and dispatch of correspondence;
Provides registration, registration, registration, duplication of documents of the Board of directors of the Direction, including sending by e-mail;
organizes consideration of appeals of physical and juridical persons in conjunction with other structural subdivisions;
development and control of methodology of work and documentation;
carries out measures of strengthening of execution discipline and jointly with Legal department, decrees of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions, orders and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics and the Director of the Directorate.
The Department shall exercise other powers specified by the present Charter and the Director.
